RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum Requirements:

  • Trade trained with experience in building services
  • HVAC/ AHU plant experience
  • Motors & Pumps experience, including controls
  • Experience with breakdown & PPM schedules
  • Generators/UPS systems experience
  • LV Distribution systems experience
  • Level 3 or higher C&G in electrical/mechanical field
  • IET Wiring regulation 18th edition
  • Experience of a CAFM systemInstallation experience on both electrical and mechanical services

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician is responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and allocated project tasks, ensuring all work is completed in accordance to agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs and customer service standards.
The role holders will be part of the team delivering electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance and project activities in London. Therefore, you will be carrying out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, remove, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).
