Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as they arise.
  • Respond promptly to guest repair requests.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and kitchen/mechanical room equipment.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with departments across the hotel.
  • Report new or developing engineering needs to the Engineering Manager.
  • Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more.
  • Assist with inventory organization and ordering.
  • Work on a rotating schedule of 5 days over 7.
  • Participate in ’on-call’ shifts as part of a rotation.
  • Respond promptly to on-call requests during designated weeks.
