Description:

Here at M&D Care we have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician to work in our new Residential Care Services.
We are looking for friendly, hardworking and likeminded individual to work within our already successful in-house maintenance team. The ideal applicant will be multi-skilled in general maintenance and will proactively carry out general maintenance repairs across three sites, such as carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and decorating, while keeping the grounds and surrounding buildings maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • To work within a busy forward thinking family run company as part of a team of skilled tradespeople, working in care home facilities throughout South and West Wales.
  • The wellbeing of the people we support will be your number one priority, you’ll make sure all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs. The ideal applicant will have hands-on experience of property maintenance, and ideally, a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.
  • On call rota, 1 week every 4.
