Maintenance Technician
Sedgefield - Spennymoor
Permanent – Full Time
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm 42.5 hours per week
Up to £29,017.80 per annum + Use of company van and fuel card

What we are looking for:
Join our dedicated team of professionals specializing in high-standard general repairs, damp and mould remediation, and comprehensive refurbishment activities for housing properties. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class customer service while adhering to the highest safety, quality, and cost control standards.
You will be working in our tenanted properties, as well as the commercial and communal areas, under our Livin contract. Duties will include repairs required from ground works, internal works within the properties and damp and mold wash. Join us to make a tangible difference in the community by ensuring our properties are safe and well-maintained.
Key Criteria:
- UK Full driving licence
- Good Communication Skills
- Previous experience in repairs and maintenance
- Experience in plastering, pointing, brick repairs.
- IT Literate.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
