MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our multi-family apartment buildings in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance duties for our multi-family residential rental properties, including acting as the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests, conducting preventative maintenance including performing routine building inspections, and general grounds maintenance. Your focus will be to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance requests while ensuring excellent service, positive interactions and a safe environment for tenants at all of our rental properties.
