Overview:
Contract: Permanent
Location: Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours per week: 37 hours (option for role to be part time 30 hours, 4 days per week)
Salary: Up to £24,011 (Part Time £19,469) depending on experience

• Proficient in plumbing and basic electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

We’re excited to be looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team.
Are you a maintenance technician that is sick of working outside in the cold? Why not join us in our warm and comfortable office, where your responsibilities will include keeping it that way! Our colleagues and tenants love their comfortable environment, but things go wrong and sometimes need fixing. It’s also important to keep the environment fresh and therefore it sometimes needs a lick of paint and a spruce up. If fixing taps and air conditioning is your type of challenge.
