Maintenance Technician (Plumber)
As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our Non-Housing Stock Portfolio, we are looking for experienced tradespeople with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused in-house property maintenance service.

You will be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 or an NVQ equivalent in at least one of the following trades with suitable works experience.

  • Plumbing

Our maintenance teams operate from 2 depots, Trostre, Llanelli and Johnstown, Carmarthen, with opportunities in both locations.
