Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for tespondong to small projects as tbeu come through and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Excellent self motivation and maintenance skills with the ability to get it done.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Painting, handyman and related skills required.

Pay: $26.78-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at designated properties. Ensuring curb appeal, cleanliness and identifying
- Utilize and abude by the set maintenance plan routine and schedule.
- abikity to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues before they become problems.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or tasks, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
