Description:
Rhomberg Sersa Ireland is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician, this is a key role within the Operations and Maintenance Department, working on a fleet of 14 On Track Machines, ranging from Tampers, Ballast Cleaners, Regulators and Inspection Cars.

Rhomberg Sersa Ireland specialises in the rail industry. A member of the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group (RSRG), we deliver track maintenance services to Irish Rail via the operation of On Track Machines (OTMs).

Responsibilities:
- Maintain OTMs to Manufacturers Vehicle Maintenance Instructions (VMI).
- Be proficient in, and carry out as required, the fault finding and subsequent repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and electronic systems associated with the OTM fleet.
- Be capable of working on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Make a positive contribution to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Have a flexible approach to work, being prepared to work around a roster that includes some weekends, bank holidays, night work.
- Lead and mentor trainee Workshop Field Technicians.
- Available to occasionally operate machines where the workload dictates
