Maintenance Technician

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a contractual assignment based in Bridgewater, TA6
To be responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, responding to emergencies and ensure compliance with safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• DBS Certificate
• 18TH Edition

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• To be able to do routine inspections and maintenance on the building structure, this will include walls, ceilings, floors and roofing. To also fix any minor issues such as broken door handles or furniture.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows and locks.
• Maintain the exterior , this will include parking lots, fences and signage.
• To inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems. To also address any emergency leaks, blockages and other plumbing issues which may occur.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure a comfortable working environment .
