Maintenance Technician

Student Castle accommodation requires a part time maintenance operative for two days a week in which their responsibility’s and jobs would be:

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

· IOSH Working Safely or equivalent, (or a willingness to undertake and complete successfully within 3 months from commencement of employment) or CITB Specialist Supervisory level Health, safety and Environment and CSCS Qualification.
· Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance.
· Knowledge of Building Regulations, British Standards and ACoP’s
· Skilled in managing contractors from day works to major planned, cyclical, refurbishment and specialist works
· Excellent computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Windows, Office, word processing & e-mail.
· Current Driving Licence. (If required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11,814.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
