QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year basic maintenance experience and knowledge. Healthcare facility experience a plus.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, construction, mechanical work required.

Responsibilities:
- Work well as a member of a team as well as individually under the direction of the Director of Maintenance
- Perform preventive and proactive building engineering maintenance duties such as: plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, mechanical, etc.
- Coordinate daily maintenance services with supervisor when performing routine assignment in resident living areas.
- Assist with other related maintenance duties as necessary or as directed by supervisor
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience
