Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintenance of dispensing equipment and demonstrating world-class field service support for our customers. This position requires weekly travel with weekends and night work required. The work is outside in all types of weather with minimal office requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
  • Weekly travel including weekends and night work.
  • Must have driver license and have a current passport.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Provide onsite service support for WVCO equipment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pneumatic meter service.
  • Participate in remote/virtual training and meetings.
  • Perform remote service support for customers.
  • Effectively manage travel schedule & daily contact with Supervisor/Salesperson
  • Complete service reports in timely manner & report unresolved equipment issues.
  • Provide a positive, partnership-oriented, attitude toward customers.
  • Proactive in contacting the existing customers for service & training.
  • Handle customer equipment failure calls issues and related product needs.
  • Show initiative toward and making suggestions to improve our procedures.
  • Creating customer parts orders and ordering/returning equipment parts.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Knowledge of other support equipment and service related to customer support.
  • Manage travel arrangements (e.g., flights, hotel, and rental vehicles).
  • Maintain company vehicle.
  • Submit monthly expense reports.
