What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the key figure ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced system, working closely with Albert Heijn. Your tasks include:

• Performing preventive and periodic maintenance together with our dedicated Service Team.
• Actively monitoring the system using advanced applications.
• Ensuring flawless administrative processing.
• Keeping various installations in top condition.
• Working in a dynamic shift system, with no night or weekend shifts.

What do we ask from you?

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• MBO3-level education in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• An enthusiastic, precise, and independent work attitude.
• Willingness to attend training and courses.

About the team
At Vanderlande, we are part of a unique project in the Netherlands: the fully automated distribution center for Albert Heijn in Zaandam. We work with state-of-the-art robots and automated cranes to temporarily store products.
This new, fully mechanized DC is the DC of the future, equipped with the automated case picking system, the most innovative warehouse system in the world. Our team consists of approximately 50 highly motivated and enthusiastic technicians. Vanderlande is a market leader in efficient logistics process automation for airports and parcel services.
