Description:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR BRIGHT MAJESTY OF HEARTS – HR OPERATIONS TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

As a Majesty of Hearts – HR Operations at Critical Techworks, you’ll help the Hearts Team towards the goal of providing seamless experience to our people: you’ll be managing large amounts of people data while maintaining a high level of accuracy, keep our records compliant, including work contracts, help developing policies, and so on.

This encompasses managing all associated tasks to support our goals with a specific focus on:

  • General Employee Data Management: Keeping all employee records up to date, anticipating problems where they might appear.
  • Payroll Support: Making sure that all payroll-related information (compensation, benefits, etc) is ready to be processed by the Ledgers Department in a timely manner every month.
  • HR day-to-day: Answering in a timely manner HR related queries on our internal tools.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Onboarding, contract management, compensation & benefits, offboarding and HR Policies.

WITH YOUR PARTICULAR SKILL SET, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Monitor all tasks associated with employees’ rights and benefits.
  • Monitor all payroll data, to be then submitted to CTW Ledger’s team for processing.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of all the information related to HR business issues.
  • Maintain compliance with the Company’s and Ledgers Department standards and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and validations of employee data, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, holidays, contractual information, payroll information.
  • Anticipate unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network with other corporate areas for all the employees’ related questions.

Responsibilities:

WHATEVER YOU’RE WORKING ON, HERE’S THE LOWDOWN ON THE TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU’RE LIKELY TO HAVE:

  • Background in the field of Human Resources/Labor Law/Organizational Psychology/Management.
  • At least 3+ years of experience.
  • Proven working experience in HR Operations.
  • Previous experience on Compliance/Work Labor Law is a plus.
  • Experience working with ERPS like Navision, SAP, Cegid, etc.
  • Proven experience working with MS Office suit (medium to advanced level of MS Excel – Mandatory).
  • Previous experience in IT companies is a Plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and a taste to think outside the box.
