QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts management in modern trade or major accounts.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has driver’s license and can drive.
  • Can do heavy field work within Greater Manila Area and nearby provinces.
  • Has a data driven mindset, networking and influencing, can lead and collaborate and Order to Cash know how.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge in Power BI is plus.

Responsibilities:

CONTEXT & MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role will be responsible in the over-all Major Accounts Group business in Greater Manila Area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Business Management across all Major Accounts Group Supermarkets/Stores with focus on top chains.
  • Budget Management, Promo & Investment Management.
  • Field Excellence & Operations Management.
  • Develops customer and channel specific plans (from ideation, sell-in, on-time and in full execution, and post-activity evaluation.).
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of shopper, category, and market needs for the customer and channel.
  • Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight-selling backed-up by data to ensure on-time response to market trends and needs.
  • Ensure regular customer engagement through business reviews to further build business and relationship.
  • Ensure omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.
  • Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
  • Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.
  • Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account’s strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.
  • Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.
  • Manages customer profitability.
