REQUIREMENTS

When you join us you will go through our top-notch induction and onboarding process, and have opportunities to develop further through our in house training academy.

YOU’LL ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS IN:

• Working for an ICP or DNO at EHV voltage levels (33-132kV)
• Project Management, with a qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. Prince 2, APM, PMI)
• The use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc
• The use of MS Project or equivalent Project Management software
  Full UK driving license.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Major Projects Pre-Construction Project Manager to support throughout the Major Projects life cycle, leading co-ordination activities to drive efficiency prior to construction, acting as the main contact for key clients and internal stakeholders for all pre-construction activities.

AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You’ll be the first point of contact for project pre-construction enquiries (i.e. design) through all communication channels.
• You will review and maintain accurate and current pre-construction programs of work for the projects they support
• You’ll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders and clients to support projects delivery to completion on time
• You will gather data through customers and site visits to ensure that the estimating and delivery team have the required pre-construction informationYou will be setting up and maintaining Project Communication System supplied by the Client/EPC Contractor and other parties, including internal distribution, archiving and storage of all incoming and outgoing correspondence/documentation.
