JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated All-Round Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team at a prestigious gents salon in Dubai. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa treatments and services to our clientele, ensuring a premium, professional experience that exceeds their expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a men’s grooming environment.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in massage therapy, facials, waxing, or other spa treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• A keen interest in health, wellness, and men’s grooming.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, Nail care, and grooming services tailored to men’s needs.
• Provide expert advice on spa treatments and services, helping clients select the best options for their personal wellness goals.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa treatment areas.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Keep up to date with new spa treatments, products, and techniques.
• Uphold the salon’s policies and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Assist with maintaining spa inventory, ensuring products and supplies are fully stocked.
• Follow all safety and health regulations and procedures.
