As a Field Service Technician, your role is to guarantee prompt and cost-effective maintenance and repair of printers/copiers, while also cultivating and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with our services and products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing products independently
  • Diagnosing basic printing issues, discerning between printer and network problems
  • Installing scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer setting
  • Managing inventory according to company standards
  • Upkeeping your vehicle, tool kit, and supplies
  • Cultivating and preserving professional relationships with customers and staff
  • Assisting sales by providing insights on issues or potential leads
  • Upholding a professional demeanor
  • Ensuring maximum equipment uptime through prompt repairs
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently managing your time

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE ROLE:

  • Preferred prior experience in maintenance and repair of printers/copiers.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Computer and analytical skills.
  • High School Diploma required; Electronics or Computer associate’s degree preferred.
  • Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds, as well as pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license from the state of residence and a clean driving record.
  • Independent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
