Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Managed Service Team, you will have full responsibility for Kefron Service support in the Off-Site Managed Services Customer Premises. This role involves extensive contact with the Team Lead on a day to day basis. First line management of customer relationship and expectations.
- Accurate data entry requirements.
- As an offsite operative, you will be representing Kefron to ensure file are prepared, scanned and processed as per the customer requirements.
- Execute any requirements to the highest standard, set out by the Team Lead.
- Support the success of the project deliverables with the Team Lead
Key Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to) • Ensuring all Kefron SOP’s are adhered to
- Ensuring all clients files are indexed daily
- Ensuring KPIs are met
- Delivering and collection files on the client’s premises with inSLA timeline
