REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience of at least 5 years in Scoping and Designing Cloud Managed Services Solutions.
- Prior working experience in ITIL V3/ V4 and COBIT applied managed services / cloud service provider
- Applied Azure and/or GCP and/or AWS infrastructure architect and presales skills.
- Understanding of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology and cloud native technologies
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to Facilitate workshops with clients and NTT teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Desired certifications (any one or more) - Azure AZ900 – Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMWare VTSP or VTSP for AWS/Azure.
- ITIL: Version 3 or later.
- Tertiary level - bachelor’s or post graduate degree with experience in a consulting capacity.
- Scaled Agile certification or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration.
- Demonstrate knowledge and value of multi cloud technologies especially cloud native application workflows, understanding of architecture transformation, observability and legacy to cloud migrations.
- Applied Azure and/or GCP and/or AWS infrastructure architect and presales skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in.
- Detailed level understanding of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology and cloud native technologies.
- Working knowledge of Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models.
- Comfortable working with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution, especially in a matrixed organization.
- Up to date knowledge on emerging trends in Cloud technology, Managed Services Integration etc.
- Analytical skills and ability to discover and analyze all input and data.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
A Cloud Services Architect provides technical expertise in the design and demo of Managed Services solutions across the Cloud Infrastructure domain. This role is primarily involved in the technical pre-sales process working alongside NTT stakeholders (sales) to assess clients’ business needs and narrow down the potential technical solutions and platforms that would be the best fit for client business goals.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primarily involved in the technical pre-sales process working alongside NTT Client Executives & Sales Specialists to assess clients’ business needs and narrow down the potential technical solutions and platforms that would be the best fit for client business goals
- Demonstrate knowledge and value of multi cloud technologies especially cloud native application workflows, understanding of architecture transformation, observability and legacy to cloud migrations
- Leverage subject matter experts in the overall solution design by working with cross functional technical teams – CSD Group Architects, Advisory, Service Delivery & Operations.
- Articulate value proposition, present solution, and build value throughout the sales process with all departments of the client organization
- Perform necessary research of third-party technologies, tools, and applications that are introduced during the pre-sales process
- Lead the definition of a Managed Services solution that meets the agreed requirements
- Define, contribute, Develop, Lead Managed Services solutions and offerings across multi-cloud technologies.
- Contribute to sales process improvement, including developing knowledge bases, sharing practices with other Solution Architects
- Maintain relevant cloud and technology certifications, be aware of CSD offerings and be a subject matter expert for multiple sections within the CSD portfolio.
