JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of our data analytics managed services. This role will manage client relationships, ensure the successful operation of data analytics solutions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Agile certifications, PMP, ITIL) are preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managed services delivery, with at least three years in a data analytics or related role.

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of data analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering service and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
