Responsibilities:

CHL are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the development and compilation of budgets, forecasts and regulatory reporting and to act as the bridge between Finance and the Development Team to ensure accurate project cashflow forecasting/budgeting, project accounting and capital grant recognition.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Liaise with the Development team to ensure accurate preparation of Project Development cashflow forecasts and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reporting/accounting within the general ledger of all inflows/outflows relating to project developments.
  • Analyse financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning and forecasting.
  • Assist the Finance Managers in understanding the capital funding agreements and ensure accurate revenue recognition within the ledger per the applicable accounting standards.
  • Assist the Project Origination team with inputs and reviews of financial models for project tenders.
  • Establish strong relationships with Cost Centre/Finance Managers to ensure accurate and up to date information is obtained and incorporated into forecasts/budgets.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
