Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Chester - Home based hybrid role with travel to attend office days on occasion as and when business needs
Salary: £50,000 (FTE) rising to £52,000 upon successful completion of probation
Contract: Full-time
Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours each week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible)
Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), workplace pension (2% employee contribution, 6% employer contribution), entry into the CoreStream Bonus Scheme (based on performance, seniority, and tenure).

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to step into a key, strategic finance role within a fast growing business. The role requires an individual who wants to add value to an organisation, through delivering robust financials and adding useful insights to senior stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our expanding finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership for reporting and analysing financial activity across CoreStream, and act as a finance subject matter expert for the business. This role is vital as we work through the wider strategic aim to build on the fantastic growth CoreStream has achieved over recent years.
We are looking for a highly driven accountant with strong attention to detail, who enjoys getting involved with the business to provide insightful, accurate and reliable reporting and analysis. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced business, having the opportunity to develop their own ideas and add value.
