EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified CIMA, ACCA or Chartered Accountant.
2 years post qualification experience preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred but a curiosity around the industry is acceptable.
Familiarity with ERP systems – SAP and advantage
Proficiency in Excel.

THE ROLE & PURPOSE

Kyte’s Finance team comprises Management accounting, corporate reporting, reports to Swiss stock exchange, data modelling and variance analysis together with the fundamentals accounts payable, invoicing and cash collection and bank management
The Management Accountant is new to the organisation designed to bring support to the Financial Controller and Director of Finance for reliable planning, decision making and controlling. The role will increase the financial acumen of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Costing
  Perform cost and material cost analysis , understanding cost drives, allocation methods and control techniques to optimise financial effectiveness .

Manage, monitor and report on costs.

• Accounting

Accurately recording financial transactions and guardianship of same for the ability to understand and drive business performance, financial position and cash flows.

• Projects

Get involved in business transformational and business control projects that make a difference in the profitability and decisions of the company.

Working with a diverse range of departments in our multicultural team.

• Management accounts

Creations of management accounts typically including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide a comprehensive overview of the company’s financial performance.

• Reconciliation

Matching transactions (monthly sales and margin, balance sheets) internally against external statements and documents or alternatives sets of data to ensure accuracy and achieve confidence in our financial reporting.

• Audit

Perform and participate in third party audits for assurance of highly accurate data and compliance with rules and regulations to provide assurance to all stakeholders.

• Forecasting

Using quantitative and adding qualitative insight to company performance forecasting with insight.
Help develop, implement and scrutinise business strategies and financial decision making.
