Description:
Management Accountant
- Competitive salary, 27 days holiday increasing with service up to 30 days (option to buy /sell an additional 5 days)

What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit a driven Finance professional who is looking to continue their career as a Management Accountant on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
You will be joining a high energy finance team that pride themselves on supporting each other and problem solving together. You will have the ability to influence the business as well as looking for ways to continuously improve.
This role of Management Accountant will involve:
- Assisting in the production of month end results, variance analysis and commentaries
- Month end closedown of ledgers
- Reconciliation & validation of control accounts.
- External Reporting (Govt Statistics etc)
- VAT Returns
- Overseeing and verifying Purchase ledgers balances, accruals.
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Producing financial information in appropriate for
Apply if you have most of the following:
- Strong technical ability as a Management Accountant
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high competency in data analysis using Excel and other reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with non-finance professionals
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks over month end periods
- IFS system experience will be a distinct advantage
- Part qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
