POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Management Accountant will report directly to the CFO and be primarily responsible for producing accurate monthly financial results. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment. The Management Accountant will work within a small team but must also be capable of working autonomously, engaging with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax obligations.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of payroll principles.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CPA/CA Qualified.
  • Experience with NetSuite.
  • Experience with HumanForce.
    Reporting Line: The Management Accountant reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
    Work Environment: The position is based at the southern end of the Gold Coast. The role involves working within a small team but also requires the ability to work autonomously. The Management Accountant will engage with various departments within the company to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax obligations.
