We are looking for a Management Accountant to join the International Finance team in High Wycombe. Your primary purpose as Management Accountant is to prepare and provide support for Management Accounts for the Materials Analysis businesses.

Responsibilities:
Reporting
Monthly preparation of Consolidated Management Accounts for MA Product Lines as required:
Receiving full trial balance reports from subsidiaries, performing analytical review and uploading to Head Office Reporting Tool
Analysing and uploading orders/reviewing/margin by product to Head Office Reporting Tool
Ancillary uploads to Head Office Reporting Tool
Review P&L in line with budget and forecast; liaise with regional teams on any discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
Review consolidated Balance Sheet; in particular inventory and provisions.
Liaise with teams locally and internationally to ensure accounts are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
FX reporting of balances and flows on a monthly basis
Analysing and reviewing headcount compared to forecast and budget.
Transfer pricing calculations and reviewing intercompany agreements
Reviewing and assessing intercompany trading transfer pricing policies with the regional offices
Reviewing intercompany balances
Overhead Analysis by cost centre and cost type.
Ledger work to support Materials Analysis Site Accounts
Understanding orderbook for the business internationally and ensure operational orderbook is aligned.
Support the monthly preparation of Visual Management KPI data for the businesses
Ad hoc reports/analysis as required by the business
Support
Drive business improvements through financial reporting
Review and evaluate current finance processes
Proactively provide regular and ad hoc financial information, analysis and advice on business issues to managers.
Maintain effective working relationships across the business
Other
Apply IT applications to drive efficiency improvements in the collection, reporting and distribution of financial information
Maintain professional awareness of accounting standards and the regulatory and statutory requirements applying to the business.
