The Role: As a Management Accountant, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our finance function during a period of organizational growth. You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate management accounts, forecasts, and budgets, working closely with operational managers to improve financial reporting across the charity.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Accountant or part-qualified with relevant experience
• Excellent accounting skills
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Outstanding report writing abilities for both financial and non-financial audiences
• Proven administrative and organizational capabilities
