Job Title: Management Accountant
Responsible to: CFO
Employment Basis: Full Time, Permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on knowledge and experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Preparation and review of month end reports to ensure timely and accurate accounts
• Business Partner with Department & Project Managers to provide financial guidance and analysis
• Work with Finance Manager and external accountants to deliver year end reporting and accounts.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Ensure processes are compliant with all with financial regulation.
• Preparation of quarterly forecast updates and annual business plan.
• Standardising and improving financial processes and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc support to CFO

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

• Effective use of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookups and queries
• Clear communication with non financial departmental managers
• Good understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  We will offer study support for AAT/ACCA/CIMA

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified or finalist (study support available)
