FUNDAMENTALS
This is a full-time permanent role, based in Norwich, but some home working may be facilitated.

Responsibilities:
As a one of two company Management Accountants, you will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts for three corporate entities within the Klyne Aviation group and ensuring that the books and records of these entities are maintained to a high standard and reported in a timely manner.
Specifics include:
- Responsible for preparing full management accounts for three corporate entities, including full month & YTD P&L, supporting budget vs actual analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Produce and maintain supplementary working papers for monthly management accounts.
- Support with annual audit preparation and on-site testing from auditors.
- Carry out intercompany movements and postings as required to prepare management accounts.
- Provide data on your business units for monthly flash reporting.
- Support department heads within entities with any ad hoc work required e.g. Rates and annual service charge preparation and review, offshore invoice support, start up set up and support for training department.
- Support FC and FD with budget and forecast work for each entity.
- Support Credit Controller with helping to ensure debtor ledgers are accurate and tidy for each entity.
- Support finance assistants with any processing queries related to entities.
The best candidate will have:
- Recognised accountancy qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
- Previous experience in management accounting preferred
- Foresight and awareness, with the ability to collect information quickly and problem solve in a high-pressurised situation.
- Ability to be organised and manage workload and deadlines
- Diplomacy. You’ll be good with people and have strong communication skills.
- Great attention to detail is vital, along with discipline and focus.
- Self-motivation, able to work autonomously and have team spirit.
- Proficiency with MS suite of programs preferred.
- Previous experience working with Sage 50 is desirable.
