Turn It on Ltd, part of the Transforming Learning Group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our team. As Management Accountant, you’ll act as a finance lead for Turn IT On Ltd, supporting both local management and the group finance function. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and operational teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and guide key business decisions. This role is full-time, based in Witney with hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office. You will report to both the Finance Director, Transforming Learning Group, and the Managing Director, turn IT on

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Submit quarterly VAT returns.
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
  • Support the annual audit process and prepare required audit schedules.
  • Enhance financial systems and practices while contributing to ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for the group Payroll Manager.

The role is offered on a full-time, full year basis and successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
