Description:
BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours. Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.
EDUCATIONAL TRANSCRIPTS:

Responsibilities:
- Take calls during True-up, when call volume is heavy.
- Listen to calls and rate performance quality of the agent.
- Enter employee schedule data into various applications and use analytical tools to make recommendations for workforce management.
- Above average in Excel.
- Must learn Tableau within 6 months of being promoted.
- Reporting and analysis of call and performance statistics for Customer Contact Center, Provider Contact Center, and other contact centers as needed.

Qualifications
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:
2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in research & analysis & written documentation of findings.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or related field of study.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
