EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school degree, or a GED, and seven (7) years of relevant IT portfolio management and three (3) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in order to make recommendations to the Government, OR
- a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years (4) of relevant IT portfolio management and three (3) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in order to make recommendations to the government, OR
- a master’s degree in a relevant field and two (2) years of relevant IT portfolio management and experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- Must possess and maintain an IAT level II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time appropriately.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the IT portfolio utilizing Navy systems, reporting, and metrics.
- Provide assistance with operations that consist of assessing the division’s current state and improving current processes by developing new plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, collect requirements and conduct requirements analysis for process development.
- Assess, plan, advise and improve the IT division in order to fill gaps to transition the division to new processes.
- Evaluate, manage, and oversee all aspects of an IT portfolio to accomplish improved functionality and efficiency.
- Review industry standards, best practices, and internal / external situations and develop proposals.
- Implement approved proposal in support of program execution and sustainment.
- Perform advisory support research to develop plans and proposals.
- Support Cyber Security to maintain confidentiality, integrity, availability, and non-repudiation for Corona Division
