SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing project support to the Guam office and the Matrix Planning Group. Involves various disciplines which seek to order and regulate land use, particularly urban land use, in an efficient and ethical way, thereby serving the needs of the community while safeguarding resources.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in the engineering industry.
- Valid driver’s license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Guam Office
- Provide research, field support, and coordination skills in support of programs and projects supported by the Guam Office and the Matrix Planning Group
- Support development of proposals and marketing materials as directed
- Provide and maintain communications with the Matrix Planning Group on a daily/weekly basis utilizing prescribed forms and processes
- Provide local marketing and coordination for the Guam Office
