We can offer you a position in the heart of the Arla Foods Ingredients´ business as our Management Assistant. Your primary work location will be at our Head Office in Viby J, Aarhus. This position is a 12-14 months maternity cover.

As our Management Assistant, you will navigate in a setup spanning three functions: Supply Chain Operations, Human Resources, and Business Excellence & Compliance. You will be exposed to a fast paced and demanding job in a dynamic environment, where you will handle many different tasks for the three AFI leadership team members, but mainly the VP in Supply Chain, such as:

  • Manage calendars and mails, coordinate business trips, and keep track of expenses
  • Align communication with key stakeholders enabling
  • Shape and drive agendas for meetings. Write minutes and ensure follow-up on action logs
  • Plan leadership team meetings – from brainstorming topics to ordering catering
  • Keep track and drive follow-up on year wheels, business plans, and processes
  • Organise bigger employee events
  • Prepare materials e.g., drawing up presentations for business board meetings
  • Prepare internal communication on various topics
  • Onboard new employees
  • Contribute to ensure our Head Office is a great place to wor
