Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) is one of ENGIE’s Business Units. We deliver services in supply and logistics management, asset management, risk management, market access management, while contributing to the market understanding, design and efficiency and developing market solutions to accelerate the energy transition.

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Design, Communication or Project Management, or a related field
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
ROLE
As a key participant in the implementation of Singapore new office, the purpose of the role is to support the head of Administration and Office management team and to coordinate the various streams of the project. This is an exciting, fast-paced project with direct exposure to several stakeholders and business. Candidate must come with a proactive, can-do and collaborative attitude and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic and exciting agenda.
Support the project manager and team with daily tasks related to the office renovation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Help with scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Document and track project progress, update schedules, and maintain project files
