Responsibilities:

  • Prepares Reports
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • maintain calendar, schedule appointments and reserve rooms for meetings
  • Distribute mails
  • Prepare material for workshops, conferences, meetings
  • Compose type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports
  • Maintain files locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Booking rooms hotels flights and conference facilities
  • Performs other duties assigned
  • Manage the office
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
  • Coordinate daily activities and schedule
  • Work indecently and organize complex clerical tasks
  • Maintain efficient office procedures and a system for keeping track of requested actions and reports
