Job description
We are looking for someone who is a walking agenda and organizational hero. You get energy from helping others and interacting with a wide variety of colleagues. You love making others smile and surprising them by doing the unexpected. Your job is to facilitate our researchers and students, so they can dedicate their energy into research and teaching, rather than worrying about all the other stuff.

Requirements

• A king or queen in administrative tasks, you work with precision and attention to detail.
• A true team player, you collaborate effectively with others.
• You are proactive in solving problems and resolving issues.
• You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written skills), minimum C1 level or willing to learn this.
• You are reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to your work.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or personal assistant.
• You hold an MBO+ or HBO-level degree.
• You are available to work 24 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility when needed.
• You are currently residing in the Netherlands.

Conditions of employment

• A salary based on scale 7 of the CAO for Dutch Universities with a minimum of €2.870,- and a maximum of €3.771,- gross per month based on a fulltime contract (38 hours), plus 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.

Faculty Applied Sciences
With more than 1,100 employees, including 150 pioneering principal investigators, as well as a population of about 3,600 passionate students, the Faculty of Applied Sciences is an inspiring scientific ecosystem.
