MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Develop the leader in you and understand the inner workings of the pawnbroking/consumer financing business and assist in the digitalisation of the group. You will experience accelerated learning through on the ground exposure and have a closer look in the different departments. Initial focus after understanding the business will be in marketing and communications. You will work closely with technology lead, directors and accounts head in HQ. You will build your strategic market knowledge and be the forefront of the team that drive digitalisation and change to a traditional business.

• Deployed to an outlet to understand the operations and business flow
• Liaise with personnel from all outlets to synchronise/update developments
• Develop and implement online and offline marketing activities to achieve sales and marketing objectives
• Plan for app new features roll out
• Plan, execute and manage online marketplace listings and processes across outlets
• Oversee and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, conversations and brand affinity
• Support in website/app and data management
• Assist in app development and UAT process
• Evaluate campaign performance and data analytics
• Support team in daily operation and marketing administrative tasks
