Responsibilities:
- Preparing and handling internal and external meetings in organizational terms and ensuring that meetings run smoothly;
- Preparation of statements, translations, presentations and analyses for the site management;
- Handling correspondence and documents for the site management;
- Supporting the site management in organization and settlement of business trips;
- Secretarial support (in Głogów Małopolski or in Rzeszów office).
- Supporting the daily activities of the Management Board
