We are seeking a Management Coordinator who will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support and ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership activities in the Risk & Compliance Tribe. Our main role is to ensure that the Bank is moving forward with a transformation of our risk management infrastructure. Here’s your chance to support the broader team in this transformation and cultivate personal and professional development in a rapidly evolving area at the heart of our operations.
You will become part of the Risk and Compliance Tribe, a community of business and IT professionals collaborating in cross-functional teams. The tribe employs over 200 skilled employees supporting the Bank’s goals in its Forward ’28 strategy, which includes more streamlined risk and compliance processes, enhancing the Bank’s interaction with our customer and the way that we interpret risk.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves assisting the Risk & Compliance Tribe leadership team with agenda preparation, coordinating shared meetings, managing calendars, and structuring meetings, including leadership days. The leadership team consists of 3 people with an extended leadership group of 13 people in total. It requires handling a wide range of tasks, from practical arrangements to providing input and coordination for meeting agendas. You should embrace a structured and proactive approach, confidently tackling various tasks with a can-do attitude. Additionally, the role includes providing input and encouraging senior colleagues to contribute to decision-making processes. Working independently is essential; with an understanding of the significant impact this position has on creating a positive and engaging work environment within the Risk & Compliance Tribe.
