JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a similar managerial or administrative role.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish work priorities, enforce procedures, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile and analyze data to create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures for optimal workflow.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and effectively monitor staff performance.
  • Plan and manage budgets, resources, and expenditures to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate commercial and residential projects to ensure they meet budgetary and timeline requirements.
  • Conduct online marketing campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, and website promotions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee operational safety and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Supervise, assign, and review work for a team of more than 20 employees.
