JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile and analyze data to create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures for optimal workflow.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and effectively monitor staff performance.
- Plan and manage budgets, resources, and expenditures to meet organizational goals.
- Coordinate commercial and residential projects to ensure they meet budgetary and timeline requirements.
- Conduct online marketing campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, and website promotions to drive business growth.
- Oversee operational safety and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Supervise, assign, and review work for a team of more than 20 employees.
