Trinity Cargo Link Pte Ltd is a member of the CWT group, is a freight forwarding company made up of a team of dedicated, experienced and highly motivated professionals who are committed in delivering quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee.
The successful candidate(s) will undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip him/her with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an effective manager with the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program that covers all areas of our business operations.
• Work closely with the General Manager and mentors to learn about the company’s goals, values, and management philosophy.
• Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand the best practices and procedures of our company.
• Develop skills in communication, team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Participate in special projects and assignments that provide exposure to different aspects of our business operations.
• Provide support to different teams within the company as needed.

Job Requirements :

• Self starter, passionate in learning and a desire to pursue a career in the Logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Minimum 1-2 year work experience; Fresh Graduates are welcomed
