MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

. Minimum 6 months prior direct phones experience

• High school diploma
• 85% in both spoken and written English
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure under specific goals and targets, manage NPS and AHT
• Results oriented and good people skills.
• Banking Background is a must.

II) Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
III) Ability to effectively communicate through phone, chat and email

V) Ability to make quick decisions and escalate issues to Senior Management when required
VI) Self-starter; motivated and passionate about providing Best in Class service
