Description:
Company is expanding and looking at enthusiastic individual to join the team as Management Trainee.
The incumbent will be trained on leadership and operational skills locally, in preparation for hands on application and secondment to subsidiaries overseas. (Thailand, Myanmar)
The Management Trainee will undergo a 4 years (2 years SG + 2 years Overseas) program with the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
- Pro-active, meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details.
- Good team player with positive work attitude.
- Analytical and systematic.
- Possess leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be bonded for 4 years (2 years SG + 2 years Overseas)
