Description:

Imperial Consulting is excited to offer an opportunity for ambitious individuals to join us as a Management Trainee. With our recent expansion into Glasgow and partnerships with top utility providers, we’re seeking individuals who are eager to learn the ins and outs of sales, leadership, and management. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to lead sales teams, drive business growth, and help shape the future of our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the last 30 days.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others.
  • A passion for sales and customer service, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master the sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals, with a focus on promoting utility services such as energy, gas, and broadband packages.
  • Lead by example by engaging directly with customers at events, retail locations, and pop-up stands, providing tailored utility solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, helping to motivate and mentor them to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to new team members, sharing best practices and sales strategies to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with senior management on developing new sales strategies, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Support in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns designed to drive sales and engage with potential customers.
  • Shadow senior managers to gain insight into higher-level decision-making and operations within the company.
  • Take on increasing responsibility, preparing for leadership roles within the organization as you demonstrate success in your role.
