Description:
T9-Specialist, a dynamic marketing and sales firm based in Manchester, is seeking driven candidates for our Management Trainee program. We specialise in organising promotional events for non-profit organisations, and this position offers the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes in sales, marketing, and leadership while building a career with strong growth potential.
As a Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on experience across various departments and work closely with senior leaders, gaining valuable skills to help you progress into a management role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be based in the UK or have full and unrestricted rights to work (no sponsorship or Tier 4/PSW visas)
- Applicants who have applied within the past 30 days are not eligible
- 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, and event management by supporting non-profit promotional campaigns
- Work alongside experienced managers to develop leadership and team management skills
- Assist with planning and executing promotional events, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations
- Engage with customers at events, representing our clients and securing support
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of each campaign
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
- Track sales performance and provide feedback to help improve overall campaign strategies
- Participate in regular training sessions focused on leadership, team building, and personal development
