QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Would prefer 2 years of experience with this type of work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Design, develop, and enhance the Management Training Program curriculum to align with the company’s strategic goals and industry best practices.
• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences for program participants in partnership with the Learning and Development team.
• Mentoring and coaching program participants.
• Support the evaluation of program effectiveness and participant progress.
• Work with HR and senior management to identify high-potential employees for the program, ensuring a diverse and inclusive participant pool.
• Manage program logistics, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
• Responsible for the implementation of assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and participant progress.
• Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify opportunities for program improvement.
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
