QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Would prefer 2 years of experience with this type of work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance the Management Training Program curriculum to align with the company’s strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Create and deliver engaging learning experiences for program participants in partnership with the Learning and Development team.
- Mentoring and coaching program participants.
- Support the evaluation of program effectiveness and participant progress.
- Work with HR and senior management to identify high-potential employees for the program, ensuring a diverse and inclusive participant pool.
- Manage program logistics, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
- Responsible for the implementation of assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and participant progress.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
