Description:

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee onboarding programs for Intuit’s Customer Success organization. Reporting to the Head of Growth and Retention – Customer Success, this position will be responsible for experience and service delivery of expert assisted onboarding programs within Customer Success in the US. The position will collaborate daily with peers in Marketing, Sales, Digital Delivery, Product Management, Finance, and Analytics.
This position will be based in Tucson, Reno, San Diego, or Mountain View.
